This thing might be big enough to be a space helmet if it wasn't shaded a milky glass opacity. Shade is made of genuine glass. Likely from a lamp pole fixture that has since made its way into a semi-flush mount ceiling fixture. Could make a cool art project by painting the shade to look like Jupiter. It's almost as big.
