Antique Walnut Chair

$ 75.00

Pretty sweet antique chair with a woven tapestry seat by E.H. Mahoney and was patented in 1876. The seat shows some heavy signs of wear though it's still holding up with no tears. There is a decorative wood piece with a damage veneer as well. The overall frame is in good sturdy condition though and this would be a great decorative piece for any antique furniture lovers, and could be a good project to refinish for more experienced furniture workers.

This piece comes from a historic home in Puyallup that was built in the early 1900s and was owned by the church as a parsonage until the mid 1960s. Since leaving church ownership, it’s only been owned by two families. There’s been a lot of furniture and other household items collected over the years, many of which was originally owned by the parsonage. Check out the job to see the other cool items coming out of this local historic home!
