New, never installed, 36" ThermaTru Fiberglass exterior door with a 1/4 lite at the top and two recessed panels below the light. This door is black fiberglass with a Fir wood grain texture. Glass is tempered and thermopane with an obscured rain texture. This door comes with weatherstripping and hardware, but is missing one of the handles, and it looks like the lock/deadbolt is out of place and needs adjustment. Comes with key available in back upon purchase. Left hand swing hinge cuts. There are some scrapes to the composite face, that should be fairly easy to putty and color/grain match. Price reflects imperfections.
