Cast iron pot that looks like it would hold about 2-3 gallons. There' no lid for it. Feels like a vintage piece, but the only marking on it is a star stamped into the bottom (almost like someone used a punch to mark it while the cast iron has still hot. When I did some brief web searching, it seems like it might have been made by Tennessee Cast Iron Stove Foundry or possibly by an independent foundry who used the star as their makers mark as they were paid by the piece from a larger retailer. This is an unrestored piece.
