Vintage Magic Chef Range
$ 295.00
This vintage, cream colored enameled steel with black accents, Magic Chef gas stove still has a nice shine to it. Couldn't find a model number, but is likely from the 1930s/40s. There are a few dime-ish sized chips in the finish and the sides show some rust. Looks complete, but worth going through before use. Comes with original bakelite knobs. Was last used as natural gas, but it looks like with a regulator and adjustment for air flow, it could be converted to propane. Height listed without the lid up, which adds about 10" in height and the stove measures 19" wide.
This piece comes from a historic home in Puyallup that was built in the early 1900s and was owned by the church as a parsonage until the mid 1960s. Since leaving church ownership, it’s only been owned by two families. There’s been a lot of furniture and other household items collected over the years, many of which was originally owned by the parsonage. Check out the job to see the other cool items coming out of this local historic home!
