This Craftsman "Commercial 12" Floor Saw" table saw ran fine when I wired it up, but it was in a garage fire and the cord had to be cut off to remove. Price reflects you'll need to wire on a new cord. Comes with a miter gauge and extra throat plate, but no fence.
